Villa “La Colombara” is a wonderful villa situated on the hills of Sirolo, a gorgeous medieval village between the green of Mount Conero, the blue of the Adriatic Sea and the white of the beaches of the Conero Riviera. Sirolo is also known as "the pearl of the Adriatic sea": a precious gem in a breathtaking landscape.
Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo are part of a protected area spanning over 6,000 hectares of land which include very beautiful landscapes like Baia di Portonovo, Spiaggia delle due Sorelle, Mezzavalle and the panoramic views over the sea or facing the internal mountains. Villa Panorama offers to its guests a stunning view over all of the coastline spanning from Civitanova up to Monte Conero, where the sky melts into the sea and the moon shines its reflection offering breath-taking sceneries. Villa “La Colombara” is immersed in the secluded area of the Park of the Conero ensuring to its guests the utmost privacy in a magnificent natural oasis. For lovers of nature, Sirolo and the Conero Park offer many activities like: boat trips, horseback riding, trekking, mountain bike, bird watching, sailing, surf, windsurf and kite surf, scuba diving, golf, tennis and much more. Villa “La Colombara” is just a 5 mins drive from the city centre as well as the gorgeous sea side. Easily accessible from Ancona airport which is 25 mins away. At less than 10 minutes’ drive from Villa Panorama, you can find the Conero Golf Club (the sole golf club in The Marche region with 18 holes with top quality services for its guests) as well as a horse riding club offering a vast number of activities for horse and nature lovers.
The owners of Villa “La Colombara” as well as the manager Carlo, are always available to help their guest to best organize their stay, offering assistance in organizing boat trips, reserving the best restaurants and enjoying the local cuisine, planning trips and much more.
Villa “La Colombara” is spread on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sliding windows and views of the garden and sea, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a laundry room and pantry, toilet.
On the first floor there is 1 spacious and bright double bedroom, 2 doubles with single beds, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms come with full air conditioning. The decor is very curated, with attention to the smallest detail, taste and style, practical design, cozy and sophisticated. Every area of the house has been studied with love and passion by its owners and well designed in order to offer a dream stay. There is a dependance outside with 2 sofa beds that become 2 double beds, kitchen and toilet, A/C also included.
The villa is surrounded by a park of 3,000 meters and a lush garden with many different plants typical of the Conero Park area. The outdoor area is fully equipped in order to offer to the guest the maximum enjoyment of the beautiful garden and stunning view during the ideal summer nights.
The owner have just completed, as last addition to the property a beautiful swimming pool that will be fully operational by the start of the season.
Villa Panorama is an exclusive villa, ideal for pleasant moments in the company of friends and family, enjoying every comfort and the maximum privacy, just 5 mins away from the sea.

This Villa is unbelievable experience with it’s surroundings. We stayed with our family here for nearly 2 weeks and we could not believe how amazing were the views of the sea and the country with it’s small towns around from its many terraces and the bedrooms. The pool is beautifull and it was definitely one of the best spots at the Villa. The house itself had the better times behind. We enjoyed many interesting and valuable historical pieces in the rooms, but bathrooms need an upgrade and the kitchen is a challenge in case you really like to cook, especially for more people and when staying for longer time like we did. Despite of that, we had such a great stay and we would love to come back. Even our children felt in love with this place (4-9-12-14), although for baby boy it was little difficult to keep him away from all the great and interesting things there ;)
Carlo, the host, is great guy, very friendly and always helpful with everything needed.
