Charmant studio en plein centre avec parking

Very close to town, excellent and secure parking. Comfortable accommodation.

Difficult to find from the hosts communications. Despite providing a coffee machine there was no coffee. No shower gel or hand soap. The knobs had been removed from the hob and there was no plug in the kitchen sink or tea towels for washing up.

Handy for town centre.

Studio simple mais très bien aménagé, situation idéale au centre de la ville, très très propre, dans un coin très calme

The owner was helpful and friendly, coming quickly to help us get into us into the apartment. The location and secure parking were good, the studio was clean and the bed comfortable.

I didn't like the notice sent by the owner once we had paid for the apartment and it certainly put us off. However, we decided to take go as it was only booked for one night. The instructions for entry were confusing and we had to call the owner. Giving the name of the residence, followed by a 3 step entry procedure, would have been helpful. Step 1. The key box no and its position (photo). Step 2. The key and using the fob (with up to date photo) Step 3. Use of digicode in entrance lobby which gives access to the studio on the left. Then the parking information. Simple and clear. The studio was clean but utterly comfortless. No kettle, no coffee pods for the machine, one hob was broken and the other so slow, it couldn't heat anything. There was no soap for hand washing and the general feeling of the studio was cold and bleak. As others have mentioned, there were chocolate bars for sale but I would rather have had soap or a couple of coffee pods! It was like a student bedsit and we can't understand the reason for the positive reviews. It would not be somewhere we would recommend.
