Location was excellent . Close to amenities. Private parking.

Kitchen facilities dated. Television on wall so high had to crane neck to view.

Very good

Good little studio with everything you need. There was even an honesty bowl in the fridge to buy chocolate bars & cans of coke! We only stayed 1 night & was 5min walk into the centre. We drove our Toyota Avensis into his car space, looks tight but it wasn't difficult. Bathroom is a bit dated but everything works fine & shower was excellent. We'd stay here again. NB Remember to pay the €1 per person, per night Tourist Tax & pop the coins into his green letterbox to the right of the door. May 2023

The shutters on the window! Long stick on LHS, you have to turn them & turn them. Takes a long time but does block out the light for the morning, so it's worth it!

Excellent shower! Good location EV Car charging in Place Suger

No drying up cloth No chopping board or kitchen knives. Washing up cloths and sponges dirty Outside front door dirty - cigarette butt's, rubbish and had to wash down floor outside as it smelt of urine. Didn't want to put cases down on the floor! No tea or coffee. Not sure if er could park outside door.

I would definitely stay here again. St Omer is a wonderful town and I'd love to stay longer.

I booked this apartment at short notice and was really pleased with it. Heard promptly from Cedric. Centrally located and close to restaurants, pubs etc. A bit tricky to find in the centre's narrow one-way streets so having satnav really helps. Clean and tidy. Comfy double bed. Great shower and well-equipped for a short stay. Great to able to park my car safely and immediately adjacent to the property.

A bit tricky getting my estate car in the archway adjacent to the property as cars were parked on the opposite side of the road. Wider width vehicles might have a problem - but there other places to park.

Good

Room was clean and fine for a stopover but would not be any good for longer. Had tea and coffee making facilities. Location very close to the town so convenient for restaurants and shopping. Easy to park immediately outside the apartment.

As an apartment it was small and limited facilities. The bed was not very comfortable and unfortunately the weather was cool but there was no way to heat the room either.

Very good

Location was very convenient and parking a bonus. in terms of value for money the apartment provided everything required for a short stay. It was very clean which is always critical for me. The property owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to any queries and kept in regular contact. there were some kind gestures of leaving a welcoming chocolate or two.

Although the shower fitting was new and the cubicle spacious, the mould around the edges needs attention now, but maybe would not trouble everyone. Also please provide a bath mat as the floor in the bathroom is very slippy and could be dangerous after the descent from the shower. These are not dislikes, however, as there was nothing to dislike, just constructive feedback

Agreeable studio for over night stop

The studio was spacious, as was the bathroom. There was a shutter for security and was good as the room was dark at night. Quiet location overnight, no traffic noise. Large comfortable bed, and the room was neither too hot or cold. The shower cubicle was large and the water was hot. An assortment of chocolates and cold drinks were in the fridge with nominal purchase price, a good idea, although we didn't use them . The owner responded quickly to requests and positively.

Everything was fine and good for a night's stay. I didn't find any shower gel, and thought I read it was available, but other than that all was very convenient

A wonderful overnight stay in charming St Omer

Simply, we cannot fault our stay. Cedric was very helpful, the apartment and its facilities were great and the position so close to the center of lovely St Omer could not be better. We like a firm bed, and this one was as good as they come. Thanks Cedric - we'll be back!
