Location, lovely garden, comfortable living area and plenty of storage space.
Washing machine (in a cupboard) but no way of drying clothes. Maybe a washing line u the garden would be good?

The accomodations and the furniture and equipment.
The other tenants we're not aware that there was two units and we're quite aggressive towards us demanding to know who we were.
