This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is conveniently located in the Village of Gilchrist between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a Roman-style walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to relax. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den with a desk for those that need to stay connected and a comfy love seat to sneak away on with a good book. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
This home comes complete and includes electric BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

This rental home is well furnished and located in a very nice neighborhood close to pools, golf clubs, restaurants, pools, and recreation centers. The Villages also a great place to meet people, bicycle, and play pickle ball.
