Great location for visiting Loches and the surrounding area

The location was excellent being right in the Loches old town near the Chateau ramparts. We could walk to everything very easily with shops and twice weekly market just a few minutes away. The parking space was great and quite close to the property, though when busy it took some careful manoeuvering to get in and out of the allocated space.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

Lovely spacious living area and bedroom. Nicely furnished. Old building with view of chateau. Private car parking space. Cecile was very warm and welcoming

Although it wasn't really an issue for us, the stairs up to the apartment are narrow and winding so may not be ideal for anyone who has mobility issues

Location superb, host lovely. Car park secure and close.

Location was perfect. The castle walls were right outside our kitchen window. We were in the heart of the village. Stephane met us and showed us through the apartment. His English is superb. The car was secure at the back of the building. Modern interior. Ideal location to explore the Loire Valley.

There is a vape shop below in which they hang around and cigarettes and vape come into the windows when open.

Good

Thé location was excellent but at first it was pretty hard to find. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. While we were there it had rained and we stayed in the apartment and cooked dinner one night. The parking was great, and believe me this is very helpful in a small village like Loches. The castle is right next to the apartment and you can even see it from the window.

There were no curtains in the windows, just little see-through panels so all the light came through. There was no internet, which might not be a problem while travelling but when you need it it’s inconvenient. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The winding staircase with heavy bags was a bit tricky for people with bad knees like us.

Excellent location! One block from the main centre. Very clean. Hosts were excellent - good communication and a lovely couple to deal with. A cork screw broke and was replaced the next day - great service. All you need is there - even has two different coffee machines! Free parking just next door. Impressible view of the castle walls from the kitchen window.

There is a very squeaky floorboard in the bedroom. The spiral staircase is narrow and steep (though very cute!). The couch isn’t very comfortable. The internet was slow and often dropped out. However, these negatives are FAR outweighed by the positives.

An excellent place to stay in lovely Loches

An exceedingly well-located apartment, close to the train station, old town, shops and cafes, and the castle. It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and an airer and pegs to dry clothes. The apartment was warm and quiet at night. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and Loches is a wonderful place.

Une excellente destination qui mérite le détour.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au pied des remparts du Château Royal et à proximité du centre Ville. Accessible par escalier un peu étroit au 1er étage, il est très bien agencé, propre et calme. L'espace de vie avec cuisine aménagée est spacieux avec chambre séparée. Le parking privé est très apprécié pour la voiture.

Tout simplement génial !

Logement conforme à la description avec en plus la literie très confortable. Logement très bien agencé, très bien équipé, plein de charme, nous avons adoré. En plus les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles! Bref on a adoré, c'était à la hauteur des châteaux qu'on a visité. On recommande vivement cette adresse ! Encore merci

Séjour en famille avec deux enfants

Le gîte est idéalement situé au pied du centre historique de Loches. Le mobilier est très récent et de bonne qualité. C'est clairement un logement dans lequel on se sent bien et où la seule chose qu'on regrette c'est de ne pas y passer plus de temps. De plus le propriétaire est avenant, disponible et chaleureux. En tant que client on se sent considéré et c'est très agréable. Toutes les promesses sont tenues.

L'emplacement est parfait, vraiment au centre, pas loin de commerces, restaurants, monuments. La vue sur le logis royal est très belle. La place de parking est très utile, si non - difficile à se garer. Les équipements, le confort, tout était parfait

Parfait pour un week-end détente

L’appartement est situé au pied du centre historique et à 10 min à pied des Bains douches pour un moment de détente. Profitez du marché le samedi qui est également à proximité du logement. Il est superbe. L’appartement est très agréable, bien aménagé et propre. Le lit est confortable. Merci à Stéphane pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse.
