The breakfast was good and front desk was professional

The sofa bed mattress topper was stained had to use my cell to call front desk as the phones in the room was not working had to request new mattress topper shower was not that clean

The continental breakfast had many options. Even the pickest eater could find something to eat. The room had good space and I like that you have a kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the pillows. I wish I would have looked at the tag on them because I would buy them!

For the most part, the issues I had were limited to the bathroom. The shower head was way too high to make changes to massage options. Fortunately, my husband was tall enough to, on tiptoes, change the setting. The shower water was also cold! I thought the first night it was just because a lot of people might have been using the water at the same time but when it happened again the next night, and was colder, I made sure to tell the front desk. We were hoping it would have been fixed by the next day but unfortunately the water was still too cold to shower in, so since we were leaving that next day, I just waited until I got home. I overheard other guests complaining of cold water that were a couple doors down from us. Fernando at the hotel was texting me regarding the issue and said he wanted to make things right, but after we checked out, he stopped responding. Lastly, the bathroom did not have a working fan, which for obvious reasons, is needed. The only other thing I will say is that the hotel cleaning staff and some of the food staff did not speak/understand English fluently which made it difficult to communicate with.
