A long unpaved path leads to Limon's house by the sea, nestled in a lemon grove and overlooking the sea. The house is part of a farmhouse consisting of two adjoining but independent apartments that can be rented separately.
The first apartment, on one level, consists of: a kitchen, a living room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom inside; a terrace with chairs, a table, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
The second apartment, on two levels, consists of: an entryway, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and a private bathroom on the first floor; a bedroom with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a terrace with breathtaking sea views on the upper floor; outside, a large terrace overlooking the sea with chairs, a table, deck chairs, a beach umbrella, a rustic corner made of lava stone, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
Both apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hi-fi stereo, a washing machine, a microwave, etc.
A private path of about 70 meters leads down to the sea at Praiola.
All ancillary services are included (cleaning upon arrival and departure, utilities, towels, and bed linens, etc.)
Free private shaded parking for two cars
THE WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE, but you will find an initial supply of 6 bottles of mineral water.
