Fans are available in the bedrooms, and AC in the living area. It is ~5 minutes from the Renton Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza with stores, restaurants, services & a multiscreen movie theater.
The townhomes are the first new residential constructions on this street in 75 years.
There are 2 additional units that will share the back yard.
Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! Bedroom on first floor doesn't have a closet.
Guests might be required sign a Liability Release Agreement before check-in.
*** The city is doing street improvement construction from now until Fall 2021. It might cause loud noise during the day. Parking on the street could also be limited, but will available in back of the building accessed by alley.
