Welcome to this 2018 built townhome in a quiet, family filled, and working class neighborhood in Renton. It's 1 of 4 units fenced together in a single property. Each unit has 3 queen size beds in 3 rooms with closets, 1 sofa bed in a study room with no closet, and 1 sofa bed in the living area. Fans are available in the bedrooms, and AC in 1st floor open area. It is 5 minutes from the Renton Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza with stores, restaurants, services & a multiscreen movie theater. ** Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! **
*** The city is doing street improvement construction from now until Fall 2021. It might cause loud noise during the day. Parking on the street could also be limited, but will available in back of the building accessed by alley.
