The service in the restaurant. I was very surprised that the coffee was for extra charge. Ok, but on top of it I had to wait about 15 minutes to get it.( after 2 reminders). It was not a good start of the morning.

Loved location and front desk staff !
Shower water not going down the drain ,water all over bathroom floor ! Reported to hotel management nothing done to correct it !

The hotel is nicely located in a very quiet part south of Stockholm (nearest village is Dalaro at approx 4 kms)… and has a very nice restaurant, terrace with view on the lake and large parking with free electric charging possibilities.
The breakfast was very nice, and we also loved using the gym.
Use of the swimming pool, spa area and the outdoors garden is against a (rather high) charge… also for hotel guests. This was not clearly indicated on Booking so felt a bit sneaky, and as such I think the place is over priced.

Beautiful location indeed
We had two children, 3 years old and a baby of two months , and a stroller.
And we were placed in a second floor without elevator when the hotel had rooms with elevators in a different area . We did not feel like the hotel had the consideration to accommodate our family properly.
Besides there is a spa that is not open for children, especially with pools that is so lovely for children, and we couldn’t really make it with our 3 years old.
If these amenities are not accessible, then the price is not worthy
$$$$
