About this house rental

Close to the ocean, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 5-minute drive to Cavallino Matto or the 4-minute drive to Costa dei Vini (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the hot tub (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi and TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, air conditioning, and heating.

Off the beaten path for sure. There are several rental units in this remodeled property. Ask for pictures of specific units may be helpful. The laundry is shared and in a separate building. The WI-FI is spotty and needs boosters. The owners are very nice and helpful. I speak English and communication was a bit tough but we worked through it. Bedrooms and showers are very nice. My unit had 1 Queen size bed and 2 singles. You should know that this is a remodeled building with a stone driveway. There are quite a few stairs made of stone so being sure footed is important. It didn’t bother us but could be a problem for older renters in this unit. They have other units with ground floor entry. A beautiful piece of property to be proud of. I would definitely stay here again.
