Fantastisch

De vrouw des huizes wat een schat. Zeer mooi, basic huisje met alle voorzieningen. Mooi zwembad. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars is echt de moeite. We kregen een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie bij aankomst. Tomaten uit hun tuin Eieren van de kippen. In de tuin hingen limoenen die we mochten nemen. via whattsapp steeds bereikbaar. En beantwoord steeds je vragen, heeft zelfs geholpen om een lekkere wine tasting te vinden en een ontbijt voor mijn jarige vriend

Als ik Dan toch iets negatief mag zeggen. De matras is echt slecht, elke morgen rugpijn. En de douchekop ook aan vervanging toe. Spuit naar alle kanten

Wunderschönes Apartment

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und hat für unseren Aufenthalt alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben. Danke dafür!

Leider ist der Weg zum Meer weiter als erwartet und die Erreichbarkeit des nächsten Strandes zu Fuß nicht gut möglich. Der online check-in bzw. online-Kontakt zwischendurch ist für mich persönlich gewöhnungsbedürftig (ich bevorzuge Im Allgemeinen persönlichen Kontakt).

Schöne Anlage in ruhiger, entspannter Gegend

Sehr schöne Anlage mit ausreichendem Pool, Bäume für Schatten, Parken auf dem Grundstück. Auch die Besitzer waren nett, ganz besonders auch die Großeltern. Die Terrasse des Appartements war sehr schön gemacht. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und angenehm, auch hörte man die Familie/Kinder aus dem Appartement nebenan nicht. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt, ob alles okay ist - bei den genannten Kritikpunkten, kann man jedoch nichts kurzfristig ändern. Bestimmt wird das Appartement in Zukunft weiter erneuert und verbessert :-)

Leider hatten wir zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs sehr viele Schnaken (wir hatten ein Reise-Moskitonetz dabei, das hat zumindest Nachts gerettet). Für uns war das Appartement auch sehr klein (2 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) - es gab keine Möglichkeit, außer im Garten, das Baby krabbeln zu lassen. Es hat uns auch für Abends z.b. eine Couch gefehlt, es gab nur die Terrasse außen oder den Esstisch in der winzigen Küche- für uns persönlich zu klein und ungemütlich, da wir uns wegen dem Baby viel im Appartement aufhalten mussten. Uns war auch der Kühlschrank viel zu klein, man musste jeden Tag einkaufen gehen. Die Betten waren leider furchtbar, die Matratzen müssen unbedingt erneuert werden.

Luogo incantevole e proprietari persone squisite

È un luogo incantevole, dove poter dimenticare la routine frenetica. Sicuramente il must è il giardino immenso con piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dei due appartamenti, i bambini sono al sicuro. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno la loro veranda privata, dotati di tutti i servizi, anche barbecue(tranne il condizionatore che i proprietari metteranno a breve visto l’esplosione dell’ultimo caldo estivo), ci hanno fornito anche seggiolone e lettino da campeggio, ovviamente diversi asciugamani, frigo, microonde, bollitore tè… I proprietari gentilissimi, la signora Tiziana, suo marito, le figlie e i nonni persone squisite, loro abitano lì nella loro casa ma lasciano gli ospiti in totale libertà (ovviamente con rispetto del luogo), hanno un orto e regalano spesso qualche cosa tipo insalata, pomodori, hanno anche le galline, un gattino Leo molto dolce e la fantastica Palmira, l’asinello che attrae molto i bambini! Posto auto all’interno della proprietà. Dista circa a 3 km dal mare in auto, a 10 minuti da Bolgheri e a 15 minuti da San Vincenzo, è un luogo super tranquillo e stupendo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Mia figlia di due anni la chiama “casa mia”, non ho mai trovato un posto così! Complimenti!

Vacanza a Donoratico

La cordialità dei padroni di casa. Il giardino.

Il riscaldamento spento, solo una stufetta elettrica. I mobili della cucina arrangiati. Capsule del caffè scarse. Non c'era altra scelta che il caffè. Acqua calda alimentata da un piccolo scaldino, mio figlio ha dovuto finire la doccia con acqua fredda. Manca il bidet... Gli asciugamani non erano abbastanza... Per tre giorni ci siamo asciugati con teloni umidi, visto che il riscaldamento era spento. Lenzuola... C'era solo il sotto... Mancava la parte sopra delle stesse. Letto matrimoniale a molle... Non vi dico il malessere che ci ha accompagnato 😵😵😵 Non ci sono condizionatori, né gas ad induzione... Stabile da modernizzare...

Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Está un poco alejado de la estación por lo que lo recomendaría con traslado en auto o sin mucho equipaje. Tiziana estuvo siempre disponible por cualquier cosa. Especial mención daría a la cocina que está bien equipada. La habitación y el baño de dimensiones cómodas.

Ci è piaciuto il fatto che dalla camera si potesse accedere al giardino specie con il fatto di aver con noi un cane che ha potuto muoversi in libertà nella proprietà. Tranquillità e relax. Disponibilità da parte della proprietà eccellente.

Una qualche pentola in più e accessorio da cucina. Un frigorifero un po' più grande per chi vuole fare una settimana o più. Delle zanzariere per le porte di cucina e camera, ideali quelle che si chiudono con la calamità in centro.
