Member of the family with me complain of the mattress being hard for her, but I did not find it to be so.

Etwas Abseits der touristischen Highlights aber sehr gut gelegen.

Ein Reihenhäuschen abseits der Hauptstraße. Einmal die Treppe hoch hat man einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche und einem Duschbad. Der Kamin sieht klasse aus, aber es sind dafür keine Utensilien vorhanden. In der nächsten Etage sind 3 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Duschbad. Alles ist richtig sauber, die Einrichtung ist komplett. Fussläufig gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermarkt. Livorno, Grosseto, Volterra sind alle in einer Stunde erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung durch Barbara, die Reaktion per WhatsApp ist super schnell. Alle Anfragen und Wünsche wurden sofort gelöst. Perfekt … Danke Barbara!!!

Es ist eine Kapselkaffeemaschine vorhanden, bei Vollbelegung vielleicht etwas eng und der Ton des TV ist nervtötend grässlich.

Toskanische Weinregion erkunden und Ausflug an den Strand

Grosses, sehr sauberes und gemütliches Apartment. Gute Lage, um die Region zu erkunden. Schöner Spazierweg/Radweg vom Bahnhof über die Felder und durch den Pinienwald ans Meer. Unglaublich gute Weinregion mit sehr leckeren Osterien in der Nähe (z.B. Osteria del Tasso oder Caccia al Piano)

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la fedeltà dell’appartamento rispetto a quello proposto qui su Booking, l’appartamento è davvero molto luminoso, spazioso e accogliente, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli, siamo rimasti davvero colpiti! Inoltre Barbara la host è stata davvero disponibile e carina, nel venirci incontro in ogni esigenza. La zona dove è situato è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima alla coop e al centro poi di Donoratico, si trova facilmente parcheggio vicino all’immobile.

Sehr gerne wieder, netter Empfang, prima Kommunikation.

Alles war sehr sauber und freundlich. Kaffee, Tee und gekühltes Wasser war vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und wären mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet gewesen. (Haben wir nicht gebraucht) Wir haben die Wohnung als Zwischenstopp auf unserem Weg nach Elba genutzt und waren tanken und Lebensmittel einkaufen. Das ging vor Ort prima.

Die Nachbarn hatte nervige Hunde, die die ganze Nacht bellten, aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts und die durften auch wieder abgereist sein 😂

Piękne miejsce na spędzenie urlopu w Toskanii

Do apartamentu wchodzi się po schodach na pierwsze piętro gdzie znajduje się świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, jadalnia z dużym stołem oraz część wypoczynkowa z sofą, stolikiem i foteli oraz TV Smart. Obok znajduje się również łazienka z prysznicem, bidetem, WC, umywalką z lustrem. Na tym poziomie znajduje się również niewielki balkon. Na pierwszym piętrze nie ma klimatyzacji schłodzić się można za pomocą wentylatora lub wejść do lodówki. Na drugie piętro wchodzi się również po schodach. Tutaj mamy trzy sypialnie z szerokimi dwuosobowymi łóżkami, toaletami, i szafami na ubrania. Jeden z pokoi jest większy. W nim znajduje się również łóżeczko dla dziecka i podwójna szafa. Ten pokój jest z klimatyzowany. Na tym piętrze jest również łazienka z nowoczesnym podwójnym prysznicem umywalką bidetem i WC. Do pokoi wchodzi się z przedpokoju w którym znajduje się klimatyzator, który skierowany jest w kierunku mniejszych pokoi, co pozwala na schłodzenie tych pokoi do temperatury około 24 stopni. Układ klimatyzatorów trochę niefortunny ale pozwala utrzymać temperaturę pomimo upałów na zewnątrz. Cały apartament wyłożony na podłogach płytkami i marmurem dzięki czemu utrzymuje się chłód. W apartamencie są wszelkie udogodnienia łącznie z dwoma suszarkami na pranie. Miejsca parkingowe dostępne obok budynku. Apartament znajduje się w odległości około 3,5 km od najbliższej plaży. Można podjechać samochodem, w lasku piniowym znajduje się bezpłatny parking.

Niestety nie działał ekspres do kawy.

Большая, удобная квартира, с красивым оформлением и полной комплектацей на кухне.Парковка всегда доступна возле здания. Приветливая и доброжелательная хозяйка, с которой всегда был быстрый контакт. Квартира находится в тихом ,чистом районе, где есть супермаркет, кафе и несколько ресторанов.
