Super 2 bed House with PrivateGarden

The apartment is spacious and cozy.

The garden and the front door of the house is messy. Stuff are a bit old. There are no utensils and kitchen appliances.

Location to tube station, groceries, and many restraunts. Near kids playground, fairly quiet neighborhood.

Had a little trouble getting heat going the first couple of nights were quite cold, as the heater & all radiators were turned off. Could have had a few more utensils & supplies left.

I liked how it was close to what I wanted to see in London and everywhere else was easily accessible. And a short walk to the main road and you've got a few good restaurants and fast food shops to choose from.

I didn't like that it took me forever to contact the office in order to get the check-in info, and one of the people where I had to collect and return the keys was quite rude. On the day of checkout, I took the keys back to where they needed to be, and as I was handing them over to the man behind the counter, I said to him, "Do you mind just holding the keys up so I can get a picture to show I've returned them ". He threw the keys back at me, saying, " Take a picture of the keys, not me." This I find quite unacceptable. If he had said, "Can you please not take my picture," I would have been happy to comply with his request. I did not appreciate that. Lastly, the checkout time was 10AM. It would have been nice if it were 12pm.

private parking is good. normal residential area where is silent in the night. nearby Greenwich.

ceiling lights were out of order in a bedroom in my 8 nights stay (can't fix it) poor venetian blind in my bedroom, wake up by sunrise at 6am.....washroom(shower) is not good.......no late check out whatever just 1 hour. excuse of cleaning....(but no others booking on that day), ask for surcharge........not so friendly
