The terrace is not facing the Taal Volcano but it's still good since the bedroom's view is the Taal Volcano, and you can see the sunrise from our room.

We love the awesome taal view from the hotel. The hotel has several amenities like pool and recreational activities. The hotel compound itself is amazing.

I will give it a five star if not for the amenities. When you book the residence air bnb, you can not access the amenities without a pass of Php 300 per head. Plus you will pay the activity you want to avail separately. For example, we want to play billiards. So we were asked to pay Php 300 day pass per head plus Php 400 for an hour billiards. But, if you book in the hotel amenities access is free.

The unit is big and the place is quiet and the taal lake can view from the unit

The place was very quite, the unit was quit big although the unit was filled with old furniture, equipment and other items. Most of the equipment was not working, and even the cabinets were locked. The scriest part was finding a wheelchair stored under the bed. The bathroom lighting was also poor, making the space feel dark and uncomfortable.

The room served its purpose, to sleep and bathe. It could have been a NICER experience, but the listed things bothered us (not in chronological order):

1. The old sponge, it was so old the scouring pad is nowhere to be seen.  2. (Not super bad but could've been properly repaired) Big and small holes in the bedsheets of the foldable bed as well as a broken zipper for the foldable bed.  3. Suspicious stains on the single bed bedsheet. When rubbed, patches of black particles are removed.  4. Did not specify that there is a device limit on the Wi-Fi in their Booking descriptions. We were only able to connect 4 devices at a time (party of 5 assuming 2 devices each). At certain hours, some devices get blocked from internet access. There are also moments where the connection is lost, but the router says there is internet.  5. The freezer of the mini-refrigerator does not work.  6. Ties for the curtains are random pieces of whatever they are called. One tie is a plastic tie for boxes, and the other is a random string.  7. The vinyl tiles could have been fixed.  8. Could've told us ahead of time that the cabinet is not for visitor use.
