We were given a room in the ground floor so it was more accessible. They also gave us a passcode to enter the premises at any time which means the property is safe and locked at all times. They also accommodated our two furbabies. The room is very spacious especially the toilet.
They could be more flexible in allowing guests to eat inside the room as long as cleanliness is observed. Also, since they are in Tagaytay, they need to ensure the shower heater is properly working.

The way to the hotel (going down) is not convenient for elderly people

The self check-in and the free water (hot/cold). The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Our requested PWD room was provided and the conversation with everyone was smooth.
The steep parking going to our designated PWD room. But, they offer to have our car driven. Overall, it doesn’t affect our relaxed trip.
