Bago lng namin ito nakita sa agoda kaya sinubukan namin.. maganda un location.. tahimik at sariwa ang hangin.. mabait yun mga staff.. malamig din ang aircon., medyo downside lng is yun pool na medyo malabo tubig at babala lng marame gamo gamo at insekto sa gabi..nsa room 301 kme at ang dami pumasok..halos ndi kami nakatulog dahil sa dami ng gumagapang sa pader at kama..medyo traumatic my kasama pa naman kami baby 😔

We stayed 2 nights with my family and had a relaxing experience overall. While the pool was too cold for the kids to swim, they had a great time in the billiard hall and playing board games. The entertainment room is a highlight. It’s fully equipped with Platinum karaoke, though the microphones had low batteries during our visit. Note that you’ll need staff assistance to open and set up the room. The property is very peaceful and clean — rooms, pool, and grounds were spotless. Towels were sufficient. Our first room had a restroom odor, but the staff quickly accommodated us with a better room. The kitchen was convenient, but I recommend bringing all your market need since there are only stores nearby. The owner was very responsive to all our requests. Two suggestions for improvement: 1) Provide thicker or additional blankets. We received only 2 thick blankets and 2 thin flat sheets. 2) Staff service was inconsistent. The male staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly. However, we had an unpleasant experience with a female staff member, Arlene, from check-in to checkout. This has been reported to the owner. Despite the staff issue, we highly recommend this property and would definitely return. We loved the peace and quiet ambiance!!!! Thank you.

Highly recommended. Place is so clean. Even the staff is accommodating. Free parking and free access to pool. Lastly, it is very much pet-friendly. ❤️

We were originally booked at Sol y Verde, but due to their power issues, we were relocated to Summer10th Pinesuites Scandi Minimalist Deluxe. It was, without a doubt, the worst stay of my life. 1. LIFE-THREATENING SAFETY ISSUES One room had a grounded water heater. Touching it is an active shock hazard—this isn't just a "bad room," it is a legal liability and a death trap. A second room had no heater at all. 2. DISGUSTING HYGIENE STANDARDS The unit is not maintained. We found: • Black mold throughout the bathroom (a major health hazard). • Insects inside the living space. • Filthy kitchen supplies, including a reused, grimy dish sponge and dirty utensils. 3. IRRESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP The owner is clearly only interested in taking your money. While they responded the first night, zero action was taken to fix the dangerous heater or clean the room. After that, they completely ghosted us. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and negligent. VERDICT: Avoid this place like the plague. I have photos of the mold, the insects, and the faulty equipment to prove it. If you value your safety and your health, book elsewhere in Tagaytay.
