I really did enjoy my stay in Hilton Head! The property was clean and well cared for. I liked that the unit had everything I needed and it was in great condition. Parking was easy and there were plenty of amenities to take part in. The only issues I had was the bed skirt in the master bedroom had stains on it and I didn’t really for the shower setup in the master bedroom. The bathroom was very small and there was no door, so when I took a shower the floor got wet. Regardless, the unit was fine and I would recommend to others and possibly book again.

The condo was so cute and cozy. We had almost everything we needed (only wish they would stock salt and pepper, I think it was just out). Plenty of hooks for towels, sleeping arrangements were great. All beds were comfortable. It was easy parking and in and out of the gate -- all the employees were so friendly. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is nice, the wagon provided was great, though glad we brought our own beach chairs because there was only 1 at the condo. Guests of the resort can use the bathrooms at Coco's while down at the beach. Although we didn't end up renting bikes there is a company on site and covered storage for them. The things I'll mention that I wish were a little better are for the resort itself. The indoor hot tub was scalding at times, kept way too hot in mine and my families opinion. You could only sit in it for barely 5 minutes at a time if at all. The outdoor pools were kept a little cold for the time of year we stayed (late March early April). I thought one of them was supposed to be heated but you could barely tell. The groundskeepers at HHR start a tad early. We were woken up to bush trimming and mowing at 7 am 2 different mornings.All in all we had a great time and were glad to call this place home for a week.

Checked in and property not clean. One bed hadn’t been changed, dried food on the table. Seemed as though nothing was wiped off so spend the first of vacation cleaning. Someone did come with clean sheets and changed the bed. Not enough toilet paper and paper towels for 8 days. Called to get more but our call wasn’t returned so we went and bought some. Nice room otherwise. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Kids had a blast around the resort.

Overall the condo was small but nice. A few issues to be aware of: the walk from the condo to the beach is quite a stretch, especially with kids!! You have to walk past 3 other condo building parking lots and then a long board walk. There is a “shuttle” towards the board walk but it’s a 3 row golf cart with no room for chairs, beach toys or anything. So we were not able to use it. The pool was close by but VERY chlorinated where your lungs hurt going into the indoor pool area. Be aware the check in at the gate to the condo complex, you will have to request more than one parking pass if you have more than one vehicle. There were not two ready for us, we had to wait for the owner to call the gate house. PARKING SPOTS are NOT guaranteed, it’s first come first serve for the parking spots even though they are supposed to be designated for your unit. If someone else is in those spots you have to park far away from your condo unit. Which is difficult when you are unloading and loading your vehicle. There are only three luggage carts for the entire HUGE complex area. You will most likely not have one on check out and will have to walk from your second floor condo, several times, to load your vehicles up. Not an easy walk.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. But bring extra toilet paper, you only get ONE roll per bathroom. There are NO BEACH/POOL TOWELS. You will have to bring your own. They have a beach cart for your things and one beach chair.
