The quiet and sunny location, combined with the beautiful view of the church of San Martino (the bells ring only once on Sundays for Mass!) and the surrounding mountains, as well as the lake stretching all the way to the Borromean Islands and the Western Swiss Alps, makes this an ideal vacation home. For the water lovers among you, the well-maintained property—covering approximately 15,000 m²—features a pool (approx. 16 m x 4 m) and a children’s pool (approx. 4 m x 4 m), open weather permitting from around the beginning of June until around late September. The grounds also feature a barbecue area with tables, benches, and two grills, which you’re welcome to use at any time by arrangement.
