We stayed for one night as a couple on the camino from Porto. The appartment had everything we needed and is right beside the coastal camino route. The host was very helpful and understanding as we arrived quite late after walking.
There was no problems, it was simple and easy stay for the camino.

Adjoining (but lockable) to someone’s apartment, entry only from 5pm. Outdated facilities. Staff very particular.

This was our best sleep on the Camino. Very quiet residential area, a short walk from the Camino board walks. There is thoughtful provision of a kettle and fridge/microwave. We had our own key to come and go.
This is a private en suite room within a private apartment in an apartment block. We met the host Tiago on arrival who showed us everything in the room. Might not be what you are looking for if you expect to be in a hostel/albergue with other guests. Couldn't see any access to a pool but you are near the seafront. There are albergue options close by.
