Really clean. Good facilities. Amazing location right across from the beach. Could catch a bus to the supermarket.

ocean view is priceless, terrace is a good size, room size is vey good,
bed matrix is very soft and thin so causes back pain. no kitchen of an kind, very small fridge in the hallway that is shared among the other rooms' guests.
There is an unpleasant smell in the hallway dont know how to describe it. you go through multiple rooms before you get to the guests rooms

Great location, private shower, beautiful view to the ocean and really close to the airport.
If you are light sleeper sound isolation could be improved, as the house next to the road you can hear motorcycles and cars loudly.
