Breakfast & other meals were fine - good restaurant>
Room very comfortable with good air-conditioning
Wanted to make use of the spa facilities, but absolutely nobody around to supervise them.
Towels were available, but used ones were just strewn everywhere around the changing rooms

It's hard not to like this place everything from the check in was smooth, warm and professional. The room vas very spacious and comfortable with superb breakfast.

I booked Mercure South for my mom's birthday trip. The staff went above and beyond to make her celebration special. They have decorated the room free of charge, gave her a cake and a little gift and wished her personally on her birthday. My mom really enjoyed her stay there and asked me to rate it 10/10.

Staff are very friendly
I didn’t like the hotel location where all buildings around the hotel are under construction and that makes it difficult to get a taxi. I had to walk 20 minutes to be able to get a taxi which was not convenient at all due to the hot weather.
