Perfect proximity to the beaches and restaurants and island's best sunsets!

Spotlessly clean, lots of light, very comfortable sofa, bed etc, nice big telly! Peaceful, we could hear the birds... We stayed here the night as we were eating a celebratory meal at The Hut and didn't want to drive back to Ventnor, and it was a lovely 15 minute walk along the beach each way. Parking spot right outside. Also the host was very quick answering messages.

Maybe we were both a bit dosy but despite the postcode and the Whatsapp 3 word navigation, we took rather a time finding Brambles. Maybe a scanned pic with Linston holiday lets would have been helpful or maybe it's just us?!! The bath / shower might benefit from a handrail and a non slip mat for use nearby? A wall mirror could go in the bathroom left of radiator, and the other two would be great if they were slightly better quality, ie not ripply effect.... If I'd been there a week it would have irritated me.

I would definitely rate this property 5*****. Prior to arrival the communication from Hannah was amazing. She provided details of everything you would need to know when staying at the property, and also things to do in the area and on the island generally. Access was super easy using the key box. The place was spotlessly clean! It is decorated to a very high standard and the kitchen welcome pack was a very nice touch. All the appliances were of the same high standard. The property had a really nice bathroom with a bath and shower, and the bedroom was very comfortable!! I would definitely recommend this property for a long or short stay. We will certainly be returning!

Struggling to find anything I didn't like about the property. If I were being picky, the bed was a little soft for me, but that is purely a personal preference. My partner found the bed really comfortable.

A family friendly, neat and tidy apartment

The location was excellent, very family friendly and on the quieter side of the island. We were over for a wedding so only stayed for one night but it would be somewhere that we would visit again for sure.

Very good!

It is a lovely one-storey cottage with an open kitchen. The living room and bedroom aren’t big but just right. Clean and cosy, nice and warm even on a rainy day. Very quiet area, about a two-minute walk from the beach. We drive there, and the parking space is in front of the property. Very good!

Great clean and modern for a short stay.

Keys were in a key box at the property great communication from the owner. The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped you can park one car right outside the property which is great for loading and unloading the car.

Only negative is that the bathroom window didn't open, the double bed mattress was very soft but I accept that is personal preference, one of the single bed mattress needs replacing as it has sunk in the middle.

Clean, comfortable, easy to find with the hosts clear instructions. Brick building so no outside noise. Great communication from the host. Beautiful little place. Would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely be back! Well kept and came stocked with hand wash, washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge, towels, tea coffee etc. highly recommend! Comfortable, clean and cosy accommodation with helpful host.

Lovely clean, modern and well equipped accommodation just a stones throw from the beach. Perfect for a one night stay on our bike trip around the Island. Hannah was very helpful especially with allowing up to keep our bikes inside over night. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach.

Great stay

The property is very nicely decorated, very clean and it has everything you need. The host was very helpful and communication was great. A bonus is that you can park in front of the house and it has a nice sitting area at the front. The location is great; very close to a nice beach and a playground. All the main attractions on the island are easily reachable by car but I also saw a lot of busses in the area.

Great little chalet close to the beach

Great little chalet. Clean, modern, tidy, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet, easy access, short walk to beach. I’m giving it 10/10, and only have minor suggestions for improvement.

No soap in bathroom (have to go to kitchen to wash hands), and cheap toilet paper. I stay in lots of places, and these things stand out like a sore thumb. It’s just not worth the cost saving of a tiny soap bar and slightly better toilet paper.

The location was 25 mins walk from nearest bar/cafe. Roads had no street lamps for 60% of the walk and no pavement so dangerous. The site had the apearence of an “Army Camp” 5 star referred to WiFi in description which is misleading.

The chalet was wonderful well equipt providing everything you needed. Only stayed one night but would like to return and stay longer next time.

We only stayed one night but did not have 24hrs in the place. Could not go in until 3pm then had to be out at 10am. Could of possibly had a later check out as only staying one night.

great place to visit if cycling around - seemed very safe and quiet

bright clean everything you need for one night stay

sadly the close beach access was inaccessible when we visited so had to walk further along to get to it. Onbour return we saw a a useful map in the info file which gave directions to a closer access point - not signposted which we would have used had we looked at the info book on our arrival
