Alles war super!
Wir sind schon zum 4 Mal hier und hatten verschiedene Reise Büros, dasselbe Problem war das der Internet so schlecht ist, ab und zu war er da aber nicht für eine lange Zeit und meistens am Abend war es so das wir eine sehr schlechte Internet Verbindung hatten. Wir hatten schon oft angerufen und Bescheid gegeben das ist schlecht ist aber leider wurde da nicht geändert.

Apartment is on 1st floor of new, modern, safe, quiet building. Premises (entrance hall, livingroom, bedroom, balcony, bathroom) are well ordered and specious. Furniture is new. There are multiple TVs, what gave opportunity to watch Olympic games (in early hours, before beach), without bothering other tenants.
Host was friendly upon arrival and helpful -thanks.
Guaranteed parking spot is just couple steps away from the building.
Could imagine living in there long-term!
Minor: on the way home from beach or downtown you need to go upward on a hill for ~400m, but it's good training, though :)
