The apartments are magnificent, featuring a large, spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and good air conditioning. The beautiful balcony offers an absolutely amazing view of the sea. Inside, we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a fridge, a large TV, a microwave, an electric stove, a washing machine, and a great set of dishes. The location is perfect, it is just a 7-8 min walk to the nearest beach and 15 min to the Paradise Way (4km) trail from Malinska to Njivice. Thanks to being slightly set back from the promenade, you can enjoy complete peace and quiet while still reaching the sea very quickly. Our host welcomed us warmly at the apartment despite our one-hour delay, showed us around, and generously gifted us a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Malvazija, a wonderful local white wine. Overall, we were absolutely delighted and will definitely return!

The only thing that slightly disappointed us was that the first-floor neighbors were doing renovations for the whole week, which disrupted our afternoon naps.

Bellissimo appartamento a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Malinska. Arredato con cura e molto pulito. Dotati di buoni confort. Bellissimo terrazzo con vista sul mare. Siamo stati la notte di Capodanno e da lì abbiamo ammirato i fuochi d'artificio dall'isola di Krk e da quella di Cres. Proprietario gentilissimo. Accoglienza 5 stelle con cesto di frutta fresca e bottiglia di vino in omaggio. Il posto è strategico sia per visitare l'isola di Krk, ma anche per visitare Rijeka e Crikvenika, che addobbate con luci e festoni natalizi sono bellissime. Ci vuole un po' di più, ma se si è da quelle parti, dedicare una giornata ad andare a visitare il parco di Plitvjce vale veramente la pena (paradiso terrestre)! Grazie al proprietario per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità! Consigliatissimo. Voto 10!
