About this villa rental
Beautiful Mallorcan villa located in a quiet area between Pollensa and Alcudia.
A few minutes from the sea where you can enjoy the crystal clear water, as well as bars and restaurants with traditional food.
The villa is developed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. These three bedrooms share two full baths. It has a large living area, a full kitchen with pantry. Outside you will enjoy a spacious Saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, as well as a barbecue with dining area, surrounded by beautiful nature.
It is an ideal farm to disconnect and enjoy the holidays.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

The historic old town of Pollença is about 5 km away.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others have also chosen this beautiful village as a holiday destination.
The landmarks of the village are the 365 steps and the Calvary, on top of which is a small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historical atmosphere of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals take place.
At a distance of 4 km is the port of Alcudia in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind. There is a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

We had a fantastic week in the villa. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, perfect for relaxing and playing. The bedrooms were comfortable and had air conditioning and the bathrooms and showers were lovely to use. It was great to have plenty of towels provided including pool towels. We also really enjoyed having the table tennis table in the shade - although the pool table is too wonky to use! The pool is salt water, which although felt unusual at first actually turned out to be great - no chlorine smell and it made the transition to swimming in the sea for our children feel very natural. The villa is in a great location (although only reached via narrow roads), close to Pollença, Alcúdia and Port de Pollenca. The kitchen had the basics covered, though a few more utensils and items including for the bbq, would have made it more comfortable, as well as bin bags and dishwasher tablets for the week. Overall it was a lovely stay, in a great spot and we would return.v

La villa est très belle et très grande, les installations idéales pour profiter en famille ou entre amis. Un peu éloigné, il faut un véhicule mais c’est le cas plus ou moins partout sur l’île si vous voulez vraiment en découvrir les secrets ! Je recommande cette villa, la communication avec le loueur est très efficace également !
