Located in Alcúdia, the villa is a short drive from beaches such as Playa de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and local amenities. It's an ideal location for enjoying the natural surroundings and the area's cultural and culinary offerings.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The Villa was beautiful,quiet and clean. The views was great and we had a good time to sit on the veranda and enjoy the big pool . All u need for the daily use is there. And if you have questions, you will get an answer super quick. All in all a really nice Villa. We can recommend it!

The location was beautiful and we felt very comfortable. I would also like to add that the whole team at Holiday Properties provided a great service. The connection via WhatsApp was easy and uncomplicated.

Lovely, peaceful location but you need a car. Property in great condition with big stepped pool. Property manager very helpful when needed. Great base to to Alcudia and Polenca.

S mojou rodinou a rodicmi sme sa rozhodli, ist na spolocnu dovolenku zvolili sme Mallorcu tuto Vilu. Na zaciatku sme mali obavy nakolko sme nemali skusenosti s dovolenkovym najmom. Prekvapilo nas velmi spolupracia s Mallorca Holiday Properties. Maju uzastny tym ktory nam bol napomoci z akoukolvek poziadavkou. Vila ma je obklopena horami v krasnej tichej oblasti s bazenom ktory sme pouzivali iba my. Bazen ma barieru cize je adaptovany aj pre male deti aby ste ich nemuseli mat stale pod kontrolou. Cisty, plne zariadeny funkcny dom. Naozaj sme milo prekvapeni a uz teraz vieme s manzelkou, ze sa opat vratime buduci rok v July. Odporucame 100% !!!
