About this house rental
Cool, lovely shade trees, sunny pool, huge built-in BBQ with bar under the trees that's the summer we love! Enjoy our one level home with its Private Casita in one of the Premier Communities of Phoenix with the most expansive park system around! The Main Home has 4 Bedrooms w/1 King Master and 3 Queens. Rent includes the home which sleeps 8. There is an attached private Casita that you may rent for an additional fee. We will not rent the Casita separately to anyone else while the home is rented. This is just an option for you if you rent the home and need more bedrooms. The Casita consists of (1) Queen bed with Bedside Chests, En Suite & Closet. Both the Home and Casita are nicely appointed with new furnishings, freshly painted and well maintained. All beds are very comfortable with new Sealy Firm w/Soft Top Mattresses, All-Season Feather Comforters tucked inside a crisp White Duvet. Bedding & Duvets are Organically cleaned & Organically Disinfected after every visit. We have both environments (home & casita) professionally cleaned with an Organic Disinfectant Cleaner, all tile floors are steam cleaned and the entire home is sprayed with Organic Disinfectant Spray as cleaners leave. No Chemicals are used for cleaning. There is a Game Room to play Cards, Jenga, Poker or Monopoly and an Old Fashion Pop Corn Maker to fill the atmosphere with fun. Our sparkling freshwater Pool is professionally cleaned weekly. Around the pool there are lovely shade trees, a grass area, lots of sitting areas with a gas Fire Pit and Skewers ready for a lovely evening of Smores. The heated pool has a wonderful Water Feature that brings you to that state of relaxation. You have a huge new Outdoor BBQ for grilling. There are security cameras placed in the back and in the front of the home. This home is ready for YOU! Come enjoy the Sun & Pool, walk the local Trails and take a Train Ride around Anthem Park. Working with the owners was smooth and easy. If we had any questions during our stay the owners were a phone call away. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access to shopping and highways. We were sad to leave on our last day.

Was great to hang in the back yard for the day if we wanted as it had all the amenities OR visit other areas that were within 30 -45 min. Great walk paths around the neighborhood and check out Anthem Community Park. Steve & Michelle were very responsive to requests and feedback. They truly cared about our comfort and enjoyment.

Wonderful home, kind owners, and would absolutely book again! Just a few things to know before booking: there are security cameras in the front and back so the owners are able to watch. Not a big deal but since there is a pool the owners can see people in their swimsuits. Also, the fridge does not have filtered water or an ice machine which is a bit inconvenient during a hot Arizona summer. We had a few issues with appliances and the owners were very helpful and responsive.

Steve and Michelle's home is exactly as advertised and then some! They've thought of everything. Their beautiful home is very clean, bright, and well stocked (down to hangers in every closet). The beds are super comfy with soft sheets. We wanted a family getaway where we could just relax around a pool. This more than fit the bill. We had perfect weather and rarely left! (But if you want to, there's plenty to see and do nearby.) The grill, covered patio, and pool were just what we needed. Steve was a great host who was readily available and checked in to be sure that everything went smoothly. You know it's a good vacation when you don't want to leave--that's exactly how we felt.
