Cave Creek Recreation Park 10 min away offers hiking and horse back riding trails, Ben Avery Shooting Range 10 min away, Sonoran Preserve hiking trails 5 min away, close to Norterra shopping and restaurants, hot air balloons rides. Playing golf? Rancho Manana golf course only 15 min away. Anthem Country Club 15 min drive. To heat pool and spa guests will be charged for use of propane gas $4/ gal, could be around $150 to heat pool and spa, to heat spa only approx $50 a night, pool warm without heat mid of May through end of September

Our recent stay was wonderful. Our party of 9 consisted of 3 generations, including an infant and 3 other kids age 8 and younger. The home was beautiful in every way and accurately described in the listing. The master bedroom and bath were huge. In fact, the kids liked to take baths in the master bathtub because it was so large. The pool and hot tub were clearly the favorite amenity for everyone. There were plenty of pool toys and inflatables. And enough pool towels for everyone to have 2 or 3. We opted to heat the pool, which was a wise choice, although it was a bit expensive extra charge. (Our stay was the middle of May.) A ping pong table near the casita was also a hit. There were 2 refrigerators, one in the garage, which was perfect for all our beverages. We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of condiments in the kitchen refrigerator and cabinets, presumably left by previous guests of stocked by the owner. Although the listing cited an outdoor playset, the system was rather old, dirty, and creaky and I would not recommend its use. The owners list of house rules did caution against its use. This was a disappointment, as we anticipated that such a playset would be perfect for our children. I thought the best aspect of our stay was the communication with the owner. Olga was great!! Every inquiry was responded to immediately or within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

The house was large with roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen for cooking and gathering around the island. We really enjoyed the patio & pool/spa and spent most of our time there. Lots of outdoor seating areas for lounging or eating. The kids enjoyed the basket ball hoop and the swing set . Many stores & restaurants within 10 mins away. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house.
