Sunrise at the Sawmill - Couples Retreat!

My husband and I reserved this lovely rental for a few days in the finger lakes for golf and wine. We had friends traveling from Connecticut and we are from Ohio. We had a slight hiccup with reservations ( on our end ) :) but Travis was extremely accommodating and helped with our glitch. The home is lovely. Well maintained, open and welcoming floor plan. Plenty of room for the four of us. Decor was beautiful and there were tons of extras from cooking gadgets ( we live to cook), linens, soaps and multiple other accessories. extremely comfortable with a deck across the back of the house and a fire pit a deck below. The views of the lake were serene and we loved watching the deer and groundhogs visit in the morning and at night. it was peaceful and relaxing. tons of wineries to visit, golfing and great dining venues. We loved our time here and will hope to come back again. If you are looking to spend time here at this home , you will not be disappointed.. PS . The home is beautiful and in a great location. Seneca Lake is gorgeous and nice and quiet with many things to do, The home is spotless. They provided many more essentials than the other five homes we rented through VRBO since COVID, which was great! The WiFi worked very well. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit as we had hoped, even with gorgeous weather. Travis answered any questions I had within a couple of minutes. I highly recommend their home. Three of us were there for a reunion of 55 years of friendship since childhood and we want to go back to this house with our husbands. It was a great way to spend three nights together.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts did not leave any stone unturned and truly have thought of everything to make our stay feel like we were home! The house was very clean and had everything and then more that we would need while we were visiting! We would definitely rent this home again!
