About this house rental
Sun-filled home within a bike ride to a private beach community with gorgeous marsh views and access to a private dock. Four bedroom, two full bath, 1900 sq foot split level. The main floor consists of kitchen/dining area, with a large, sunny family room with sectional and tv. Upper level has three bedrooms (one queen, two twins and a bunk room) and a full bath. Lower level has one queen bedroom, living room with tv, and bathroom with laundry and shower (perfect for a caretaker or visiting parents). Patio with outdoor furniture set, grill and many other amenities. Canoe, two tandem, and two single kayaks available for use. 1 family stay only.

Check in was easy, the house was comfortable. Location was great - we had fun at the Pickle Festival at Mohegan Sun, another day we went to Mystic, and another day we went to URI for a college tour with our granddaughter. And also spent a couple of days at the nearby beach. Very relaxing week. Thank you!

Everything was generally as described with no big surprises! We enjoyed this peaceful property. We hardly saw or heard the neighbors that surrounded us and the marsh was full of kayak and dock exploration experiences. So many crabs, Osprey, and cranes…the property was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Our stay was great.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property. The huge back yard sits in a wide marsh with tidal flow and an abundance of water birds ams Ospreys. While my kids loved the kayaking, mybwife and I could not get enough of the afternoon and evening light. Truely stunning. The house was very clean and had a well appointed kitchen, as well as outside bbq. We had many dinners sitting outside. We would definitely stay in this property again.Jennifer, our host, was very responsive to any questions we had. We are regular vrbo travellers and this ranks as a TOP property in our experience.
