Cottage is very nice - interior is very clean - back deck area can use some TLC - location is excellent - walking distance to small community beach and just a very short drive to public beaches. Awesome location and New England beach town. VRBO photos are a bit outdated - (especially back deck/yard area) -

Had a lovely week in a very comfortable clean well located beach cottage. Enjoyed the beach almost every day- so close and beautiful! Enjoyed nice restaurants very close then had a fire pit on the deck every night. Everything that makes a great vacation!
