A delight.

As advertised, great location, nice tidy and clean. Owner very forthcoming and friendly. Available via chat to sort out issues very swiftly. All in all, we are looking forward to our next stay.

Only downside was the dishwasher, but the owner knows about the issue and has already taken steps to fix it. Again, very forthcoming and helpful.

I think it’s a newer listing. They need to work out some communication kinks.

- cozy outdoor balcony - heated pool - early check-in was available at no additional cost

- did not mention sauna was for a cost- bring change for machine - did not mention pool towels were not included- must tell beforehand, otherwise they have to deliver extra towels to apartment, which took 2 hours. This resulted is my group needing to use pool/sauna after our shower. - did not see the 3 times I mentioned we would like to add one extra person in our Booking.com, so missed communication on chat - did not have enough linens/towels for the 3 people originally booked for (entered apartment and only enough for main bed and towels for 2 people, no sheets for futon or towels for third person) causing another time that linens and towels needed to be delivered to apartment, 2 hours later.

Tolle Unterkunft fürs Skifahren in Laax

Schönes kleines Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung. Schöner Balkon um im Sommer draussen zu sitzen. Tolle Lage in Laax direkt am See und nahgelegen zur nächsten Haltestelle des Skibus.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön, der Balkon mit Bergblick toll. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Haus sehr angenehm, haben wir viel genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zum Bus, See, Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation per Email war weitgehend ok.

Die Information zu WLAN Passwort und Kontakt vor Ort war leider veraltet und nicht zutreffend. Das haben wir erst nach einem Telefonat herausbekommen. Hinter den Gästekarten (zB Bus kostenfrei) mussten wir erst hinterher telefonieren. Mit dem WLAN haben wir uns selbst geholfen, am Router ist ein QR Code.

Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft / Inventar (Besteck/Geschirr/Pfannen/Kühlschrank) wurden nicht gereinigt (Essenreste am Besteck ect.)

המיקום של החדר מאוד נוח, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, 3 תחנות מהליפטים בלאקס, ותחבורה ציבורית מגיעה בתדירות גבוהה. יש גם קרוב סופר. יש נוף יפה מהמרפסת שפונה לדרום, כיף לשבת במרפסת וגם בסלון. חלל המגורים מחולק לחדר שינה וסלון, שזה מאוד נוח, החדר מרווח ומאורגן טוב, שולחן אוכל גדול ונוח וגם איזור ישיבה ושולחן לסלון. מקלחת ושירותים נוחים, המקום היה נקי מאוד ומסודר.

בחדר השינה המיטה צמודה לקיר, כך שאם 2 אנשים ישנים במיטה רק אחד יכול לרדת בצורה נוחה מהמיטה. מעבר לכך היה מאוד נוח.
