Great place just a stroll away from Cannes' Old Town. Fully equipped kitchen. Interesting architecture. Top-notch entertainment system.

Staircase quite steep. Apartment is advertised to include parking, but we were lucky to find a spot a minute away.

Alan, the host, was really wonderful. He welcomed us with a rich selection of delicious French cheese, marzipan sweets and even home made sweets as well as a bottle of champagne that we found at our arrival in the fridge! Moreover, every day he ensured we can enjoy our stay and did everything, even remotely, in order for us to feel at home. The appartement is located really next to center of Cannes, 10 mins of walk. Everything was wonderfully organized by Alan before our arrival and during our stay. Alan gave us a lot of indication about events and interesting places to visit that we obviously followed with great satisfaction.

During our stay, in August, it was a nigthmare to find a parking place for our car as the appartament does not have itd own car place. Actually, is very difficult to find appartments with car places reserved near the center of Cannes...Anyway, a suggestion for Alan, is to provide to future guests the info related to possible parking places as garages, etc, well in adavance especially in busy seasons, to give time to visitors to book their car place in advance before their arrival. Moreover, the appartment is a little bit small for 4 persons altogether, and especially the main bedroom has no direct fresh air from outside as there is no direct window and tere is few light from outside. Also the stairs to bedroom are very steep, thus rendering them very dangerous for elder persons anhd impossible for people with handicaps.

The small but very cosy and clean appartment and the very kind support by Alan made us feeling like home from the very first moment. This combined with the very short walk (5 min) to the harbour and plage of Cannes was perfect. One of our best locations ever. And during the night and in the morning we felt like somewhere country side because the street is absolutley quiet, only few cars from time to time and in the morning we enjoyed the birds singing. Very unexpected in a City like Cannes and so close to the centre. If you want to spend time in Cannes choose this appartment. And again, Alan the owner is very kind and can help you to find the best places. If you come by car you need to look fo a parking lot little bit away from the appartment, but that was still ok. And very close, easily to reach by walk there is an UP-Supermarket.
