2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and free TV from every country. The host of the apartment is very pleasant, helpful, not doing any problems.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and no parking. There is a parking lot nearby, but for a fee.

During my 10-day stay, I liked the location, the view, the design of the apartment, the bathroom, the facilities (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, ironing facilities), and the little balcony. It is relatively easy to walk to the beach, it only takes 15-20 minutes. Cannes's center is within a couple of minutes walking distance, which was great, because I could have some nice breakfast almost every day at the cute cafés near the market.
Third floor with no lift. That is OK generally, but if you have a baby who you need to carry, this can be challenging, especially if the weather is hot. Parking is difficult, but free in the street. There is also a parking garage nearby for a fair price in case it is needed.
