Location is great, right on the beach. The view is like in the pictures, good side sea view. Good communication with the host on whatsapp, clear instructions with videos on how to get the keys and operate the door lock and elevator. Very spacious place which was obviously designer-made, looks gorgeous like the pictures. Has all the main appliances and facilities you need for a good stay. The coffee maker with provided coffee capsules was a nice touch, and it's good coffee. Clean and comfy bed mattress, and many bath towels - this is especially good.

Unfortunately, the wear and tear of 9 years is showing, and maintenance is poor. The main problem is the discrepancy between the maintenance state of the property and the required price. At a lower price, most of the below points can be accepted and not even mentioned, but at this price range, these little things compound to an overall negative image: - weird neighbor smoking on the floor hallway, it stinks badly. Glass shards could be an isolated incident, but very creepy first impression. - very few dishes, especially bowls (just one). There is a single chef knife that sort of cuts, rest are steak knives which only crush food, don't cut. Also, the cutlery was either not washed or not wiped properly. - toilet bowl is unstable. You can hear creaks and thumps in the wall each time you sit on the toilet, something is loose. I messaged the property and they said it's secure, but it's very unnerving to sit and wonder if it will break or not this time. - bad shower, you can't set the water to a normal temperature because the heating unit keeps stopping and you get cold water. We fixed it by running hot water on the sink, but that's just bad plumbing. - AC unit is severely undersized. It's a 12000BTU which barely handles cooling the kitchen, and does very little in the adjacent rooms unless you run it for hours on max power, very inefficient. - dust on many non-obvious surfaces. Bad especially on black decorations. Floors and tables were generally clean, but that's about it, overall poor quality cleaning services. - rusty bathroom heaters can stain your clothes. - hair dryer and clothes iron are technically there, but they're the cheapest possible things and the hair dryer is full of dust. Bring your own. - balcony door is hard to open, this and the outer windows in general are great quality but in need of some maintenance. - living room sofa is uncomfortable, gave us back pain then we stopped using it.

Really nice big flat with AC, TV, nice big kitchen and little balcony. It is 1 min from the beach Playa de Amor, which is very comfortable and cheap. A little shop is 5 min by feet nerby. You can order pizza but also ciorba and local food right on the beach. Kindergarden next to the bar.

It is around 1 hour by foot from center, I recommend to use Bolt for really small prices. There are very good restaurants in center.

Lipsa apartament potabila, lipsa cafea, acces scara si parti comune oribil.

Parcare privată, apartament elegant și bine compartimentat, baie mare, zona liniștită, magazine și restaurante în apropiere.

Sunt prea puține vase la bucătărie, nu este un bol pentru salată nici pentru cereale, nu am avut nici sare, nu vorbesc de condimente sau ulei, nu sunt pahare cu picior, nu sunt umerașe în dulapuri, nu am avut suficientă hârtie igienică, nu sunt prosoape de bucătărie, nici textile nici de hârtie, nu am găsit săpun la baie. Plin de obiecte de decor dar prea puține obiecte de utilizat.
