About this apartment rental
Beautifully remodeled condo in Old Town Scottsdale. 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms (Hair Dryer in one). The location is within walking distance of the shopping, restaurants, and bars, but just far enough away from all the noise. Many activities like hiking, biking, pools, and sun. MULTIPLE outdoor community heated pools and hot tubs. BBQ stations throughout the complex. Walking distance to the golf course and running path. Located roughly 2 hours from beautiful Sedona/Flagstaff. We hope you can enjoy our condo as your home away from home. NOTE: For pets, we charge a $100 fee, with up to $50 refundable if your pet doesn't make a mess. This refund will potentially be given back to you AFTER our cleaning crew has come through the house. Be conscious of pets and their claws is all we ask.

We had a wonderful 2 months at Danielle and Steve’s condo. The condo was nicely appointed, comfortable, perfect location, and the most responsive hosts ever. We would definitely return in the future.

Fantastic stay. Owners very accommodating. Welcomed us warmly. Easy location to walk to old town Scottsdale. Close to golf which made my husband happy. Set up so I could work remote. Nice pool and hot tub.

The property was as advertised. Fabulous location. Walked everywhere. Nice hot tub just outside the door. Hit practice balls every evening on the local golf course. Our host were extremely responsive. We will
be back. Steve and Danielle were extremely responsive and took care of any concerns we had which were minor.

Close to Old Town Scottsdale. I am a travel nurse and stayed here with my fiance and our dog for about 6 months. Friendly neighbors, right next to a golf course and approximately 15-20 minute walk to OTS. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs available on property, fitness center about a 1 minute walk from condo, W/D in unit, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 15 minute drive to Phoenix Airport and about a 40 minute drive to Mesa Airport. Would recommend for a long or short stay!
