About this apartment rental
Beachfront property in central part of beautiful San Pedro. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. 8-9 blocks from local airport. Water dock literally yards away. We can certainly assist in booking excursions including snorkeling, fishing trips, diving trips. Or, just relax on the hammock at the hotel.
Each room has fans and, since hotel is beachfront, there is always a nice breeze. If AC is needed, it's available for a small fee. No need to pay ahead of time, clients usually decide once they get there. Each room also has minifridge and private washroom.

Also of note: due to the high costs of maintaining the TV's and most clients do not use it, we have stopped all TV services. We do have excellent Wifi option, so please bring your smart device.

Vivienne was an absolute sweetheart, view is incredible. Interior is very basic but clean and felt safe. Great spot to crash to the sea breeze if you’re going to be out and about more than in your room.

STAY CLEAR OF ALLY LOCALS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR MONEY ANY WAY THEY CAN.We came from the United States so our first impression was culture shock period not having the simplicity of everything at your fingertips like we do in the US period by the second day we knew we were in our little paradise and we were blessed to be here.. Vivian who is our caretaker and host for the Conshell Inn is a very lovely, Helpful lady.. Memories stay with us Forever.

The lodging was okay - it wasn't anything fancy, but for folks who are gonna be out most of the day anyways, it does the job. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No TV. Service options listed on VRBO came with extra costs. And no windows so sleeping at night was tough at first. Pros - excellent location, truly beautiful right outside and very walkable to places to eat They cleaned everyday for us and staff were very nice! Hammocks were lovely too. and shop. extra
