The wooden floor was loose at some points and used to make noise. WC flush had some leakage. WC door was not in good condition. Size of WC is very small. Not enough quantity of toilet papers provided.

Great price for a spacious room

The location is great, in the middle of the mountains. The apartment is big and the kitchen is well equiped. The sleeping room has enough space. The price is super fair and we were happy with the stay.

I have some small tipps for improvements: the toilet flush was not so great. In the kicthen, we missed having a plastic bag to throwing the waste away and a small towel to dry the plates. One chair in the living room is broken. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great apartments, with very bad user experience

The apartment is large, new and very clean.

However, the overall experience is very poor and user unfriendly. The owner forgot to send the self-check-in code (but after we send reminder he responses quickly). There is no WIFI information in the apartment. You can find it on the notice board at the entrance (that is 3 floors lower!). WIFI signal is poor. In large bathroom, there is no handle for towels. The bed is very small for 2 persons and very uncomfortable (extremely soft)!!! Before you arrive you don't get any information (about location, check in, parking). Only on the notice board at the entrance you can read that you can't park in front of the house, you must park on the road to the house. We arrived at the apartment in the evening. The house was completely in the dark, and without our own light from the phone, you could not find self-checking lockers. With a little effort it would be a great apartment. However, I do not recommend a visit.

Locatie was op zich prima maar we zouden de volgende keer voor dichter bij Berwang kiezen!

De 2 appartementen waren wat aan de kleine kant en beetje donkere sfeer. Kleine doucheruimte in appartement 2; en wat riool geurtjes af en toe. Maar appartement 3 was licht en ruim dus dat maakte veel goed.

Wir kommen wieder!

Lage der Unterkunft sehr schön. Aussicht aus unserer Wohnung war Super! Umgebung ist super zum Wandern oder Ski fahren im Winter. Burgruine und Highline sind direkt in der Nähe, Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Unbedingt die Hirschbachalm besuchen. Ist fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt leckeres Essen und Getränke. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus

Die Wohnung könnte eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es funktioniert alles wunderbar, aber ein neuer Anstrich wäre nicht schlecht :).

Ottimo appartamento con vista sulle montagne

Bellissima vista verso le montagne. Il letto era molto comodo. La struttura era pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. La cucina anche se piccola era provvista di tutto ciò che serve (utensili, tegami, stoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per cucinare). La camera molto silenziosa con temperatura ideale. Il bagno un po' piccolo ma pulito e funzionale. Supermercati, benzinaio e centro a pochi minuti in auto. Ottima posizione vicino alle principali attrattive

Mancanza di una mensolina per la doccia su cui appoggiare lo shampoo. Sarebbe utile metterla.

Die Lage und der Ausblick war traumhaft. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich.

Leider ist es schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung war für den täglichen Bedarf ausreichend. Einiges war schon kaputt (Nachttischlampe zB) und es fehlte eine Ablage in der Dusche

Sherpa Haus Höfen - Wohnung 2

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und empfangen die Gäste mit Kuchen. Die Lage ist mit rückwärtigen Blick auf die Erlebniswelt Ehrenberg, unmittelbarer Nähe Talstation Hahnenkamm und der Nähe zu Reutte ideal als Ausgangsort für Aktivitäten aller Art. Wir sind in 45 Minuten zur Highline179 gelaufen. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. 1 PKW pro Wohnung. Schlüsselsafe macht Check-In / Check-out unkompliziert. Der Lech und eine Fußgängerbrücke über selbigen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tankstelle im Ort vorhanden.

Wohnung 2 Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen vermietet worden und eigentlich zu klein, da sich das dritte Bett in der Wohnküche befindet. Diese verfügt über alles was man benötigt, allerdings gibt es keinen Dunstabzug. Toilettenpapier, Spulmaschinen Tabs, Müllbeutel, Backpapier etc. war alles vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist prinzipiell sehr schön angelegt. Allerdings ist das größte Manko die zu kleine Dusche. Diese flutet einen Teil des Badezimmers, da die Fliesen ohne Gefälle verlegt wurden. Der Abfluss scheint ein Blech auf dem Abflussrohr zu sein. Somit riecht es in der Wohnung ständig nach Kanalgeruch. Es fehlt der Geruchsverschluss. Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit das Fenster auf, was den Geruch auf das Bad beschränken ließ. Das Schlafzimmer ist gut und das Doppelbett bequem. Für 3 Personen fehlte uns ein Kleiderschrank und Möglichkeit z.B. nasse Handtücher, oder nasse Kleidung aufzuhängen. Ebenso ist das Bett in der Küche ein mäßiger Couch Ersatz, so dass man Abends auf den Stühlen sitzt. Wir sind aufgrund des Geruchs im Badezimmer und einer Not-Instandgesetzten Toilettenspülung früher abgereist. Bis auf eine Klappe in der Küche fanden wir die Wohnung sauber vor. Die Bewertung ist für Wohnung 2. Die anderen Wohnungen mögen besser sein.

Gunstig gelegen tov wat wij wilden doen. Goed bed. Mooi uitzicht.

Wifi werkte eigenlijk alleen bij de voordeur! Vaatwasser wast niet helemaal schoon. Keukenblad is aan vervanging toe. Handleiding bij kookplaat zeer gewenst. Handdoeken roken wat muf. Tv kijken eigenlijk alleen op houten stoel vanwege de plaats van ophangen. Inrichting schaars. Weinig ophanghaakjes in hal en badkamer. Foto's op de site zeggen meer over de andere kamers dan over deze.

Nettes schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge.

Schönes kleines Apartment. Alles vorhanden gewesen, was man benötigt. Wir konnten die Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk benutzen und gemütlich in den Liegestühlen entspannen. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und die Burg Ehrenberg, abends war die Burg beleuchtet. Vom Apartment war es nicht weit bis zum Lift Hahnenkamm, ca. 10 min. Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es ausreichend in der Nähe.

Heerlijk verbleven met gezin. Kinderen ook zeer tevreden.

Lekker ruim, bad aanwezig, aardige hosts die snel reageerde als er iets was.

Er zijn best wel wat kleine dingetjes die gemaakt moeten worden: douchekop, diepvries lades, etc. De wifi was wat zwak. Potten, pannen, keukengerei een allergaartje.
