This 3,450 square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen and lake views from most rooms. The main floor includes the kitchen, a half bath, master suite with jetted tub and shower. Also, on the main level are living room, multiple dining areas, and a large sun room. Adjacent to the living room is an open air sun deck. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds.
Gather the family in the basement TV room and relax in the comfy reclining couches. What a great place for a movie night or enjoying a game on the big screen. The downstairs level features a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed, a Queen size Murphy cabinet bed and a Queen size private bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and laundry sink. This level has its own bathroom with shower. Exit from the basement to the lower covered deck. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available for rinsing off after a day at the lake. From there it's just a short walk to the fire pit and another large sun deck that overlooks the water. Take a stroll down the waterfront path that leads to a spacious landing area. Lounge, swim and enjoy!

This property was amazing on Lake Barkley. Everything described was as is. Beds were comfortable, so clean and rooms to enjoy entertainment and just talk. The kitchen had everything we needed to make amazing meals. Sarah contacted us throughout our stay to be sure we were ok and all was well. As she recommended to us and we would recommend, bring swim/watwe shoes for entry to the lake on the property which has some rocks. I loved the shallowness of the lake where I could stand, swim, talk, etc. Such a nice vacation with our family and much to do around the area if you like boating, hiking, exploring, beach area, and just watching the lake for the great view.

House was great . Screened in back patio made perfect for relaxing watching sunset . Owner communication was excellent and it was great to have boat accessible at anytime . Again owner was great to deal with . Would return again !!

We had three families in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the porches, especially. The little cove to the side of the house made a nice confined place for kids to play in the water, with life jackets. All in all, a great stay.

Had a wonderdul stay at this property ! The views of the lake are unbeatable, house was clean, large, plenty of functional and comfortable space all over. Large kitchen to cook and gather with lots of supplies.
