This unit has direct access to walk right out onto the soft, white sands of Indian Rocks Beach from your own private patio, located off of the screened in lanai. Watch the most amazing sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico and fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
This renovated unit contains a large master suite with an attached bath, walk in closet, king size bed and sliding doors with access to the lanai. The second bedroom has two full size beds, with the second full size bath off the living area. The spacious living room has an adjacent dining area with breakfast bar, large leather sectional that makes into an additional full size bed. Electric hurricane shutters on all windows. New cabinets and quartz countertops adorn the kitchen, which is furnished with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal!
The swimming pool and tennis courts are accessible from the outside patio area, eliminating any need to pass through shared common areas. The resort amenities include a library, sauna, showers, rest rooms for pool, social room and heated pool with spa. The building also has nightly security, 24 hour locked lobby and plenty of parking in the private lot. There are also dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Catch the Suncoast Beach Trolley right out front to explore all the beach communities from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach, including the famous John’s Pass.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The most well-stocked unit we have every stayed in. Communication before and during the trip were great. Beach and pool access could not be easier which was ideal with 3 kids under the age of 11. Amazing sunsets every night that are literally right outside the backdoor. The construction on the building did not bother us as far as noise goes but I will mention that there were support poles in the screened in porch that we did not anticipate. Per the owner, hopefully will be removed soon. We would definitely stay there again!

We are a repeat customer. This is a lovely, clean waterfront condo on a great beach. Complex has shared pool with bathrooms. Walk out to beach access from screened in porch. Plenty of extra amenities that we didnt have to purchase when we got there (i.e. soaps, detergent, beach towels, sand toys...). Host is responsive, kind and accommodating. Thanks again.

Property owners run a very nice and clean unit that is plenty spacious for a family of 4… walk out patio onto beach, nice pool and close to groceries, restaurants, etc. the beach is great and has a private owner access. Worth a look for sure!
