We would love to welcome you to Water’s Edge Hideaway. This cozy condominium was created in the hopes of both native Arkansans as well as those visiting from afar to be a place to hideaway and escape the everyday craziness of life. What better place to rest and relax than next to the water’s edge?
This beautiful retreat features a private bedroom, as well as a second loft bedroom. The open floor concept makes this hideaway cozy, yet spacious with a full size living room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area to eat and play games (some of which are provided). The décor is light and airy full of trinkets and treasures new and old to add to the lake theme. Additionally, our property features a beautiful patio view of the boardwalk next to the water’s edge making the perfect place to sip on your coffee to watch the early morning sun rise or relax to watch our beautiful southern sunsets.
If it’s a trip to visit the downtown spas or horse races, a weekend getaway to the lake in the summer or just an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Water’s Edge Hideaway is the place for you! Where to begin?This unit is nestled in between 2 larger condos. The floor plan, however, allows privacy. You have your own special marked parking spot right in front of the door. So easy to unload and pack back up.Very nice and considerate people staying/iiving there.After 8 hours of driving, we walked in and there were snacks and waters.The unit has every single amenity you can think of. 2 coffee pots (one a Keurig).While it is on the small side, it was perfect for us. We are a retired couple. Because of snoring, we utilized both bedrooms.It is most tastefully decorated without being too much.There were plenty of paper products, bath and shower products.The open concept in the kitchen was my favorite. We don't have that at home, so it was nice being able to cook, watch TV and talk to each other all at the same time.OH and the back porch!!! Right on the Lake. We sat out back, grilled out one night, watched the boats and jet skis.It was one of our best stays.

The property was lovely, and we definitely plan to book again. Upon arrival, we noticed a few small things missing that were mentioned in the welcome message—there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the sugar packet for coffee was old and hardened, which made our morning coffee a bit tricky. Additionally, the water pressure was quite low, though that might be an issue affecting the entire property.Aside from those minor details, it was a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee and a beautiful river view
