Bel appartement 4 personnes balcon, centre ville

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux, agréable et propre. Accès facile, un plus le parking .

Le contact avec la propriétaire super fluide, très explicatif, bel échange. Literie super confortable. Situation centrale idéale. Parking privé appréciable. Nous reviendrons certainement.👍

La salle de douche devrait être rafraîchie par rapport aux photos de l annonce.

The day before they wanted a 500€ deposit and is took 10 days to get it back. Excessive on both accounts.

3 days before our stay we received an email demanding a €500 security bank transfer (or as we negotiated bank cheque)which they wanted before our arrival…… (we had paid in full at the time of our booking 2 months earlier, and had email confirmation from the owners, so we were surprised by this belated demand)which we suggested we would hand over upon our arrival (as by the time of the email we were already travelling)- plus enquiry re if we wanted to pay extra €40 for use of their linens (which we had expected) - upon arrival we posted the cheque (plus our provided stamped addressed return envelope) into the, named post box, on-site and we WhatsApp a picture of this happening as proof of our providing this…. The owners had withheld the final information about gaining access to the apartment via the key box - until after this exchange….. There was a strong feeling of miss trust on their part…. This coloured our stay as we felt unable to to relax in the apartment so much so that we did not feel able to use the place to it’s full extent - only using the bathroom and not the kitchen at all….. Also to this date (02.10.2024) a month later we have not received the return of our €500 cheque
