Na szczególną uwagę zasługują:
- Pani przygotowująca śniadanie: przemiła, uprzejma i zawsze pomocna. Brawo za przygotowywanie sałat na śniadanie! Wiem, że Włoszech nie jedzą jej na śniadanie ale w tym miejscu robią wyjątki. Dziękuję.
- Panie sprzątające pokój: zawsze dyskretne i perfekcyjnie sprzątające. Raz nawet starałem się pościelić łóżko tak jak to one robią i ku mojemu zaskoczeniu (gdy wróciłem do pokoju wieczorem) zobaczyłem, że Panie zrobiły to jeszcze lepiej - czyli perfekcyjnie.
- narciarnia: wygodna, czysta i do tego sprawnie susząca.
- Pani z recepcji za perfekcyjne podejście do pracy i gości.
Poinformować na początku o możliwości otrzymania zniżkowej karty Livigno, która uprawnia do wielu zniżek np. 10% zniżki do aquaparku (Aquagranda).

Location is good but is not as it described, it is not door step skiing.
The breakfast is bad and poor. The host is taking suplies to his home instead of giving guests to eat. Host is very unkind, unprofesional and was unuseful. The main enternance is closed the most of the day so you have to enter trough the basement at the back of the bilding. Rest of the personality is polite.
