clean, stylish and comfortable. we enjoyed the extra additions such as the local cider, toffees and cream and soap products. We had a super gastronomic meal cooked by the owner which we would highly recommend!

Lovely house next to Quimper

Gorgeous house, very nice owner, comfy bed, very soft towels

Beautiful gîte in the country

We only stayed one night as we were traveling through. This is a lovely gîte, very newly decorated inside. Very cosy and as an extra, accommodating for tall people. Big bed and bathroom hights. Marieke was a lovely host. There was a lovely private patio area beside the gîte with barbecue facilities and furniture. There is a menu to order breakfast, but the kitchen provided everything to make your own. No toaster...

The toilet was attached to the wall, and at 1.64m (5'4") myself, my feet couldn't touch the floor. Very strange experience, maybe a little footstool in the bathroom might help? The stairs up to the mezzanine are open steps and the stairs are quite steep so people with reduced mobility might find it difficult to get up and down. There was no plug for the sink. I also found the smell of the fragrance sticks quite invasive as they make me feel ill. I put them outside as soon as we arrived but all my clothes still smell 2 days later.

A gem in the Breton countryside

Skillfully renovated house in a beautiful, rural setting. Everything looked so new and clean that we first thought that we might be the very first guests. Very well-equipped, also for self-catering. The beds were so comfortable that we actually took pictures of the mattress and the pillows to see if we could find the same ones back home! Marieke was friendly and helpful; she even went out of her way to help us with a difficult situation requiring local knowledge and French language skills.

Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Exceptional

Beautifully presented gite in quiet location. Only 10 minutes drive to Quimper and many other towns a short drive away. Our friendly host ensured we had all we required and topped up the wood for the stove. Perfect short break.

Gîte propre. Propriétaire à l'écoute et discret.

Le gîte est situé à cent mètres de chez ma fille dont je venais fêter le trentième anniversaire. J'ai donc particulièrement aimé le fait que cette proximité résolvait le problème de l'hébergement.

J'ai hélas déploré mes confrontations avec deux ou trois araignées récalcitrantes.

Tout était à notre convenance. Une jolie petite maison pleine de charme, dans un cadre joliment décoré et fonctionnel ! Sans oublié le cadre verdoyant ! Bref, un endroit qui donne une envie : y retourner !
