Casa Ruiz Suites

The location was fabulous and the apartment was very nice. It was spacious and very well kept and clean.

The shower had a window to the outside space. So whoever sat outside could watch you shower. The outside space was very limited

Lorenzo welcome us and was very informative showing us the apartment. He also suggested few places near buy to eat and they were really good restaurants. It was a very warm welcome and he was very responsive to text of any question we had. We were also so lucky to meet his mom who was very warm and made us feel very welcome. The place is beautiful and so clean. A place we will definitely chose to go back.

Beautifully appointed and wonderful location

Nothing to fault

The location is absolutely excellent, and the building is newly renovated with a nice aesthetic and good air conditioning. Staff is very kind and do their best to be helpful.

On the whole we did not feel this was a great apartment. There is a lot of street noise, and the bathroom is behind glass inside the bedroom which means zero privacy. For a shower or bath it is fine if you are a couple, but not the bathroom as a whole. Also, while everything is newly renovated, it has not been done to a great standard. For example, the lights are more like hospital lights than comfortable cosy home lights, so you do not have a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment in the evening. The materials and interior look and feel a bit cheap and poorly finished (optimised for listing photos rather than for comfort). You also cannot really use this apartment as a “home” for a week, eg it has a kitchenette with a little fridge but not a proper kitchen, no washing machine etc.
