posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal Centro di Noto, parcheggio di fronte la struttura gratuito facile da trovare anche nella settimana di Agosto. Casa molto spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in autonomia, Ottimi consigli da parte del proprietario che ci ha dato dritte su dove andare a mangiare e anche consigliato una spiaggia a Porto Palo dove siamo stati accolti come ospiti senza pagare la postazione. Top!
problema non solo di questa struttura, ma forse anche di altre: la pompa dell'acuqa che riempie il serbatoio talvolta si azionava verso le ore 8.30-9; un po di distrubo se si voleva dormire più a lungo
