Tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman. Mosógép, mosogatógép, kenyérpirító, vízforraló, kávéfőző, klíma, nagy hűtő. Nagy terasz, napozóágyakkal. A tenger pár lépés, a ház előtti partszakaszt csak az itt lakók használják. Itt is van napernyő, nyugágyak. A vízbe lépcsőn lehet bemenni, hamar mélyül. A településen bolt nincs, de egy kenyeret és péksüteményt áruló furgon jön minden reggel. Két aprókavicsos strand is van a közelben, az egyik mellett étterem, söröző, fagylaltozó. Itt SUP bérlésre is van lehetőség. A vendéglátók kedvesek, barátságosak, segítőkészek. Jó szívvel ajánljuk az apartmant családoknak, barátoknak, csendet és nyugalmat kedvelőknek!

A beautiful place where we spent a few days here. Near the sea, clean, atmospheric, close to nature, barbecue available on site and very good contact with the owner. A wonderful place to relax as a couple and with family. Thank you very much!

We had the most wonderful holidays in Perica's house in Kanica! The location is incredible, just a few steps from the sea! You can literally put on your swimsuit or beach shorts, climb down a few steps, go for a swim and come back! The house has a private beach with two sun chairs and a beach umbrella for each of the two apartments in the house. There's an outdoor shower and paddle boards you can use whenever you like :) We were here in September and the Kanica bay was always very calm and quiet, with few people, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sea and sunny Croatian weather! The sea water is warm and crystal clear! Perica's family is very friendly and welcoming, and we had a quite authentic local experience. They were always available if needed. We had contact with Perica's mom and the guests from the other rented apartment on a daily basis, and in our experience, this was very pleasant. Our apartment (the bigger one with terrace) was clean and had everything we needed, with a well equipped kitchen. The terrace is definitely the highlight of the apartment as it's quite big and perfect to spend the day on, enjoying meals, sunbathing and relaxing. There's a wide table, a huge umbrella and plenty of sun chairs, meaning you can have as much shadow and sun as you like. The views are spectacular at any time of the day, specially early in the morning for breakfast, and at sunset, where you can really feel the peacefulness of the place. Wi-Fi worked well, nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away, nearest restaurant a few minutes away. We got a baby high chair and crib with blankets and bed linen upon request :) We really miss this place already! Thank you, Perica and family!
Even though not an issue during our stay, we felt the apartment could use a tiny bit of renovation. There would be times during the day we could feel an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen sink or bathroom shower. I should note this would happen only sporadically and didn't impact our holidays at all, which were amazing!
