Located on the outskirt of the tiny village Risi in the green area of Istria close to a place known as Sutivanac. This apartment is on the first floor of the family house offering a magnificent view of the river Rasa valley.

Within 40 km, guests can visit the pearl of Istria - the picturesque little town of Rovinj. There is an ancient city of Pula as you go south, with its monumental Roman sights and interesting cultural summer program. Acquapark Istralandia, 62 km away, will get you to enjoy the waterpark, wave pool and ample of other rides.

Children have a playground to play at, and adults will enjoy BBQ gatherings. Air-conditioning will keep indoors pleasant. You can enjoy meals as you settle on the furnished patio. Sun-loungers and lounge set will allow you to doze off while getting a tan. Take a dip in the swimming pool and burn all the holiday weight or just cool off on a hot day. There is a shower outside to get back in the house sand-free after a dip in the beach.
